Webinar series as Zoom meetings. The lectures will be given in German with simultaneous interpretation into English.

Modern timber construction is of increasing interest for multi-storey construction, especially for residential buildings. Densification with wood is another topical urban issue. A new way of thinking about resource consumption and sustainable construction, as well as the advantages of a high degree of prefabrication, will lead to further increases in the share of timber construction in cities.

The pro:Holz webinar series focus on current timber construction technologies, laws and standards for practical implementation. They are intended to contribute to expanding timber construction expertise among architects, structural engineers and clients (public sector, developers, private sector), and to facilitating a mutual exchange of know-how.
